A rich peanut buttery bread with milk chocolate chips, excellent in every way. Easy to make, bakes up beautifully.
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Combine in bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl, set aside. Cream together peanut butter and butter, add brown sugar, mix thoroughly. Alternate adding the buttermilk and the two eggs until well blended. Add flour mixture and beat until combined well. Fold in chocolate and peanut butter chips.
Divide between 3 loaf pans size 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 inches, sprayed with nonstick spray such as PAM.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from pans after 15 minutes and cool on rack.
8 servings per pan.
