| 1 cupOatmeal; dry |
| 1 cupWalnuts |
| 1.5 cupsWhole wheat flour |
| 0.5 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 0.5 teaspoonNutmeg |
| 0.5 teaspoonAllspice |
| 1 teaspoonCardamom |
| 1 teaspoonBaking soda |
| 1 pinchSalt |
| 2 tablespoonsLemon juice |
| 0.5 cupCanola Oil |
| 0.5 cupMaple syrup |
Healthy Spice Cookies Preparation
Combine and set aside wet ingredients (lemon, syrup and oil).
Coarsely chop oatmeal and nuts in a food processor.
Combine remaining dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the oat/nut mixture to the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
