Cocoa Sorbet Preparation
Combine sugar, 3 1/2 c. water and salt in large saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Whisk in cocoa. Remove from heat, stir in coffee. Cool slightly, Add rum. Chill. Freeze in ice cream make according to manufacturer's directions.
