1 1/2 lbBeef round steak; cut into cubes
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1 mediumOnion; chopped
8 ozMushrooms; sliced
1 10.75-oz canCream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupBeef broth
1/2 tspDried thyme
1/2 tspDried Oregano
2 clovesGarlic; finely minced
1 tbspSoy sauce
6 ozCream cheese; cut into cubes
8 ozSour cream
12 ozEgg noodles

Creamy Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms Preparation

Place first 11 ingredients (through soy sauce) on 6-quart crock-pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 2-4 hours. Increase heat to high (if necessary) and stir in cream cheese cubes. Continue cooking for 30 minutes until melted. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions, drain well. Add sour cream and noodles to crock pot and cook 10-20 minutes until heated though.
