This recipe has always been a hit at potlucks for me.

| 1 14-oz canCorn; drained |
| 1 14-oz canBlack Beans; drained |
| 6 eachGreen Onions; sliced |
| 1/4 cupJalapeno peppers; sliced |
| Dressing: |
| 1/4 cupolive oil |
| 1 tablespoonCider vinegar |
| 2 tablespoonLime juice |
| 1 teaspoonChili powder |
| 1 teaspoonMolasses |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/2 teaspoonCumin |
Fiesta Salad Preparation
Cook rice in usual fashion and cool. Mix remaining salad ingredients in bowl. Whisk together dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
