1 stickButter
1 mediumOnion; chopped
2 packageBroccoli; frozen, chopped
1 canCream of mushroom soup
1 canCream of Celery Soup
1 poundAmerican cheese; cubed
2 bagsRice; Success boil-in-bags

Broccoli and Rice Casserole Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

Saute onion in butter until soft.

Cook frozen boccoli in microwave and drain (or steam fresh broccoli and chop).

Stir in soups, broccoli and rice. Pour into oblong casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
