Ingredients

1 stick Butter
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 package Broccoli; frozen, chopped
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 pound American cheese; cubed
2 bags Rice; Success boil-in-bags

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

Saute onion in butter until soft.

Cook frozen boccoli in microwave and drain (or steam fresh broccoli and chop).

Stir in soups, broccoli and rice. Pour into oblong casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
