Mexican Corn Casserole
Original recipe makes 6
| 6 tablespoonButter |
| 8 ouncesCream cheese; softened |
| 2/3 cupmilk |
| 5 Greek Salad Peppers; diced |
| 2 12-oz canNibblet corn; drained |
| 6 dropsTabasco sauce |
| 1/2 cupCheddar cheese; grated |
Mexican Corn Casserole Preparation
Melt butter in asaucepan and blend in cream cheese. Add milk and mix well. Add pedppers, corn and tabasco sauce; mix. Putin small casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
