Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 Onion
1 can (12 oz) Tomato sauce
4 large Bell pepper
Salt
Pepper
3 cups Rice; cooked
4 slices Cheese

Preparation

Remove tops and seeds and boil bell peppers until tender; set aside. In large skillet brown beef & onion; drain fat. Add garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper & tomato sauce, simmer 10-15 minutes. Add rice and mix well. Stuff peppers, put remaining stuffing around peppers and bake ~~at;375? for 25 minutes, place a slice of cheese on each pepper and continue to bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Whole family loves when I make this! Very easy to make! I do add more garlic powder and sometimes a little fresh garlic, add a few other spices as well to jazz the meat up a little more but overall a fantastic recipe!
