This is super easy and very tasty, if you don't want the spiciness, just substitute green bell peppers for the jalapeno.

3 cupschile
2 cupscooked macaroni pasta
1/2 cupjack cheese
1/2 onion; dice
1 jalapeno; seeded and diced
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Salsa; Prepared

Cheesy Chil-a-roni Preparation

just mixed my leftover Chile and my cooked pasta in a baking dish, topped it with diced onion and peppers, salt, pepper and cumin. Put foil on the top not touching the food and cooked on 350 for 45 minutes, then took foil off and let it sit. Before serving I poured a little homemade salsa and mixed it in.
