"Batter was great. For the fish, I used cod cut on the diagonal (important in getting the cod flaky) and dusted with seasoned flour (added a little cayenne pepper and Old Bay) BEFORE dipping in batter, it just makes sense. 250.0 mlWater Sparkling

3.0 eaEgg
60.0 mlVegetable oil
15.0 mlLemon juice

Beer Batter Preparation

1) Sieve flour & salt

2) Make a well & add liquid

3) Whisk

4) Add oil & lemon juice

5) Season

6) Allow to stand for 1 hour before use.

Omitted lemon and used on chicken strips.

I made this recipe last night my family loved it. My daughter ate all her fish and left the fries. Now when a kid dosen't eat fries the dinner must be good. I can't wait to try another recipe. It was great.
