German Pancake/dutch Baby
Recipes » Breakfast » Pancakes
This recipe has been passed down in our family for 4 generations now. It has been our traditional Sunday morning breakfast. They are extremely easy to make and very yummy. My husband brags about these more than any other food I make.
"My first attempt I used a 9 in. glass pie pan. w/the exception of my son (7, who thought it was perfect) the rest of us felt like the middle was under done and ate just the edges. B/c my son liked it so much & begged for me to make it again, I tried in as muffin tin. Heated the oven and tin to 400 degrees, prepared mix, probated tin with butter on all sides and Lourdes mixture in. I rotated the prim once at 15 minutes b/c the edges " - Hoffy79Yield: 2 Ready in 45 minutes
