Awesome Baked Pork Chops

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Meat - Steaks and Chops

These are great paired with potatoes.

"Great way to make moist and flavorful pork chops. My husband commented how he had never had a pork chop so tender! I followed all directions precisely except I used seasoned panko breadcrumbs, which gave it a good crunch. I, as many others, did not have white wine, so I substituted with chicken broth. Next time I make it, I will make sure to have the wine on hand, as Im sure it gives it that extra needed kick. I will also not bake the sauce on top and instead use it on the side. " - LMBarnes

My guys loved this one. I will make it again but I prefer recipes that take less time and use fewer dishes which streamlines clean up & prep time. But the end result was very yummy.

This recipe has become a regular in our house. Fabulous flavor.

The bread crumbs fell off the pork. I used a thick butterfly cut. It came out a little dry. The kids thought it was only ok.

Soooo tender! My husband LOVED these! I'm really weird about pork chops and can never find a way that I enjoy them too. Super delicious!

I used golden mushroom soup instead of cream of mushroom soup and my family RAVED about it: this is a keeper!!

Really good and easy to make. I think cooking time depends on the cut of your chops. I added mushrooms to the sauce, cooked it with the chops the whole time, and I only baked mine for 30 mins. I was scared of over cooking.

Over all pretty good. I added mushrooms to the sauce. Next time I am going to use cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic.

This recipe makes thick center cut pork chops very tender. It is very similar to my smothered pork chops recipe. Yum! I don't normally cook with wine but the wine taste was mild enough to enjoy...very good!

Not bad but my husband enjoyed it. The soup was a bit salty so I may dilute it a bit more next time. I also added more mushrooms. Otherwise not bad.

This is a GREAT recipe! I followed ever step of the recipe. Didn't change or omit a thing. We really enjoyed it and it even tasted good as leftovers. Definitely going into our pork chop recipe rotation!
