These are great paired with potatoes.
"Great way to make moist and flavorful pork chops. My husband commented how he had never had a pork chop so tender! I followed all directions precisely except I used seasoned panko breadcrumbs, which gave it a good crunch. I, as many others, did not have white wine, so I substituted with chicken broth. Next time I make it, I will make sure to have the wine on hand, as Im sure it gives it that extra needed kick. I will also not bake the sauce on top and instead use it on the side. "- LMBarnes

Preheat oven to 350.
Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt to taste.
Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl.
Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side, or until the breading appears well browned.
Transfer the chops to a 9 x 13 baking dish, and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
While baking, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine in a medium bowl.
After the pork chops have baked for an hour, cover them with the soup mixture.
Replace foil, and bake for another 30 minutes.

Sparky2000 2 months agoFantastic :-)! Used panko crumbs, only baked for 1 hr. & 10 min and prepared sauce on the side. I used heavy cream instead of milk and added sauteed cremini mushrooms and onions in the sauce. Great football food!

dmanderson1 3 months agoDE-LIC-IOUS!!! I made two dishes last night because my boys eat like two lumberjacks. I didn't think this would go over well but it turned out to be their favorite! I knew it was a hit when no one spoke?just a lot of 'Mm Hmm ' and pointing at the chops. Tender! JUICY! and creamy! I served it over rice but can see it over some garlic mashed potatoes!

slmccafferty 5 months agoVery tasty!!I don't usually like pork and I didn't think this would turn out so tender considering how long you bake it but it was delicious!
PSchultz 6 months agoMy guys loved this one. I will make it again but I prefer recipes that take less time and use fewer dishes which streamlines clean up & prep time. But the end result was very yummy.

rookie321 8 months agoThe bread crumbs fell off the pork. I used a thick butterfly cut. It came out a little dry. The kids thought it was only ok.
Arteca79 8 months agoSoooo tender! My husband LOVED these! I'm really weird about pork chops and can never find a way that I enjoy them too. Super delicious!

Ange325 10 months agoReally good and easy to make. I think cooking time depends on the cut of your chops. I added mushrooms to the sauce, cooked it with the chops the whole time, and I only baked mine for 30 mins. I was scared of over cooking.

Kayamy 1 year agoThis recipe makes thick center cut pork chops very tender. It is very similar to my smothered pork chops recipe. Yum! I don't normally cook with wine but the wine taste was mild enough to enjoy...very good!
teahall 1 year agoNot bad but my husband enjoyed it. The soup was a bit salty so I may dilute it a bit more next time. I also added more mushrooms. Otherwise not bad.
