kayamy ,This recipe makes thick center cut pork chops very tender. It is very similar to my smothered pork chops recipe. Yum! I don't normally cook with wine but the wine taste was mild enough to enjoy...very good!11y
teahall ,Not bad but my husband enjoyed it. The soup was a bit salty so I may dilute it a bit more next time. I also added more mushrooms. Otherwise not bad.11y

lmbarnes ,Great way to make moist and flavorful pork chops. My husband commented how he had never had a pork chop so tender! I followed all directions precisely except I used seasoned panko breadcrumbs, which gave it a good crunch. I, as many others, did not have white wine, so I substituted with chicken broth. Next time I make it, I will make sure to have the wine on hand, as Im sure it gives it that extra needed kick. I will also not bake the sauce on top and instead use it on the side.12y

terik1972 ,Family enjoyed this recipe. Pork was tender. Doubled the sauce and added a large dry onion when adding sauce. Used as a gravy over boiled potatos. I have also used a can of golden mushroom mixed with cream of mushroom with good results.12y
dinzy ,I like it better when the pork is crunchy so instead of putting the sauce on the pork and baking it, I cooked the sauce on a separate pan then served it on the side... Thanks for the recipe :)12y
j_bur ,I found the breadcrumbs came off during cooking. The pork was very tender. It would be nice if the sauce was a little thicker.12y
