Chile Rellenos Crustless Quiche

I got this from my DeMarle salesperson and it is great! Tastes just like a chile relleno. Can be cooked in a greased pie plate or if you have DeMarle round mold, just throw the mixed ingredients into the mold and bake.
"What a winner! I made this for a women's brunch and they all asked for the recipe and have made it since! It's our new favorite! I love not having to mess with a crust and it totally doesn't need one! Spray a little cooking spray and alter as needed. I've made with less cheese and one can of chilies and it still came out perfect. Love! " - KimHoltzclawYield: 6 Ready in 45 minutes
