Chile Rellenos Crustless Quiche

Recipes »  Breakfast  »  Egg Dishes

I got this from my DeMarle salesperson and it is great! Tastes just like a chile relleno. Can be cooked in a greased pie plate or if you have DeMarle round mold, just throw the mixed ingredients into the mold and bake.

"What a winner! I made this for a women's brunch and they all asked for the recipe and have made it since! It's our new favorite! I love not having to mess with a crust and it totally doesn't need one! Spray a little cooking spray and alter as needed. I've made with less cheese and one can of chilies and it still came out perfect. Love! " - KimHoltzclaw

I only had one can of green chiles, so I added some roasted red pepper, an extra egg, and used extra sharp cheddar. Very good. Took about 50 minutes to set in a 9' glass pie plate.
