"Olive Garden" Style Zuppa Toscana

Recipes »  Soups, Stews and Chili  »  Soups and Stews - Other

As great on a summer day as it is in the fall or winter. I like to Add extra kale to mine. I Found myself addicted to the original and tried making it myself. Not quite the same but I would like to think I got pretty close. Fresh Kale works best but frozen works too!

"Great!!! I will cut potatoes smaller and separate the sausage more next time around. Don't forget the shredded parmesan cheese on top when served. Thanks for a great recipe." - ChrisPlunkett

"Olive Garden" Style Zuppa Toscana Preparation

break apart and brown italian sausage, add garlic, red pepper and bacon. cook a few minutes to soften garlic and add kale. Add chicken broth and potatoes. cook approx. 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Finish off with cream I like a little extra. You could also use whole milk but it has a little less flavor.

Would check this recipe for accuracy. Seems to be a LOT of duplicate ingredients/measurements which obscures the actual recipe.

The chicken thighs, hoisin sauce, ketchup, sugar, sherry, soy sauce, salt, ground pepper and honey are not in the instructions for this recipe.'These ingredients aer also listed multiple times. Are these for making a chicken dish to go along with the Zuppa?
