"Olive Garden" Style Zuppa Toscana

As great on a summer day as it is in the fall or winter. I like to Add extra kale to mine. I Found myself addicted to the original and tried making it myself. Not quite the same but I would like to think I got pretty close. Fresh Kale works best but frozen works too!
"Great!!! I will cut potatoes smaller and separate the sausage more next time around. Don't forget the shredded parmesan cheese on top when served. Thanks for a great recipe." - ChrisPlunkettYield: 6 Ready in 30 minutes

"Olive Garden" Style Zuppa Toscana Preparation
break apart and brown italian sausage, add garlic, red pepper and bacon. cook a few minutes to soften garlic and add kale. Add chicken broth and potatoes. cook approx. 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Finish off with cream I like a little extra. You could also use whole milk but it has a little less flavor.
