Original recipe calls for 3 T. egg substitute instead of Ener-G, I'm sure it works fine that way too.
Put all ingredients in small bowl except chocolate chips. Add 1 T. water and stir until thoroughly mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spray skillet with Pam and bring to medium heat (350?). Drop batter by 1/8 c. onto skillet, cook about 1 min, flip, cook 1 more minute. Makes 5 mini pancakes.
