Original recipe makes 4
50 gramssalmon; finely diced
2 tbspgreen onion; chopped
1 tbspchives; chopped
1 tbspcilantro
1 tbspthai basil
2 tsp.grated ginger
1 lime; zested
1 lime; juiced
1 tsp.champagne or rice vinegar
habanero sauce and minced green chile
salt and pepper
olive oil; to coat

Mix everything in a bowl. Add lime juice just before serving.
