Cook potatoes in microvawe untill done, let them rest and cool down, then cut them in a cubes little bigger then a size of a green pea.
Put potatoes in a big mixing bowl.
Open all caned vegetables.
Strain green peas and add them to the potatoes.
Rinse sauerkraft in a strainer under the cold water, leave it to strain.
Then pour a beets juice from the can over the sauerkraft. So sauerkraft gets that nice red color and sweetness from the beets flavor.
Let it strain.
Cut beets, carrots, onions in a similar size cubes, just like you cut potatoes.
Squeeze the remaining of the liquid from sauercraft.
Add all of your vegetables to the bowl. Mix it.
Add salt, peper, olive oil and mix it again.
Put in a refregerator for 30 min.
It's ready to eat! Enjoy!
