Original recipe makes 4
1 lbfrozen crawfish tails
1 boxCrab and shrimp boil
1 bunchgreen onions
8 tablespoonbutter or magarine
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1/2 tablespoongarlic; minced
1 boxPillsbury pie shells

Cajun Crawfish Pie Preparation

Place crawfish into pot and cover with water. Add crab and shrimp boil to taste (more for hotter). Bring water almost to a boil then remove from heat, cover pot and set to the side. Melt butter in skillet and add chopped green onions. Saute until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup to onions, add garlic and mix well. Drain crawfish and add to soup mixture. Remove from heat. Roll out pie crusts and place first shell into a glass pie baking dish. Add soup and crawfish mixture and cover with remaining pie shell. Cut several small slits to top pie shell and bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees until golden brown. Bon Appetite!
