Original recipe makes 8
1/2 lb.swiss cheese; grated
4 Eggs
1 canevap. milk
1/2 cuponion; chopped
3/4 tsp.Salt
1 pinchnutmeg
1 pinchsugar
1 pinchpepper
1 10"pie shell
filling: bacon & onion, salmon, dill

Mom's Quiche Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Form pie shell to quiche pan. Fill with filling (bacon & onion, salmon & dill, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.).

Mix all ingredients in blender & pour into pie shell over filling ingredients.

Bake for 12 mins at 400°. Then 25-30 mins at 325°. (Note: usually takes a bit longer - jiggle to test center.)
