Cook rice in 2 c. water and set aside. In lg bowl combine prepared Nature Burger, crumbs, 1 t. curry and salt. Shape into 1" balls. Fry in 1 T. oil in lg skillet. Add carrots, cover and cook 5 min. Add zuchinni, garlic and green onions. Cook til tender, 10 min. Push veggies and meatballs to side. Add 1 T. oil and 4 t. curry. Add rice and cook til heated thru, 5 min.
