Original recipe makes 4
1 cupMayonnaise
1/2 tablespoonGranulated Garlic
1 teaspoonLemon Juice
1 3/4 tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoonSmoky Barbecue Sauce
4 Jalapeno/Cheese Tortilla Wraps
1 1/2 lbBeef Tenderloin
1 ozBurger or Steak Seasoning; (we have our own blend but use whichever you prefer)
4 ozOnions; very thinly sliced into rings
1 cupall purpose flour
3/4 tablespoonSalt
3/4 tablespoonBlack Pepper
4 slicesProvolone Cheese
8 slicesTomato
4 leavesLettuce

Roadhouse Steak Wrap Preparation

> To prepare aioli dressing, combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and barbecue sauce.

> Combine flour, salt, and pepper, and dip onion shreds into it.

> Fry onions and use 1 oz per wrap.

> Season the tenderloins with burger or steak seasoning, and grill to internal temp of 145F or higher if you prefer leather (LOL).

> Slice steak very thinly and place 4 oz cooked steak on each wrap.

> Spread about 4 T aioli over steak, then top with provolone, onion rings, lettuce leaf and tomato slices.

> Wrap and cut in half to serve.

> We serve another 2 oz of the fried onion rings on the side of the plate, and the employees and customers here LOVE it!
