| 3 Green chillies; diced |
| 2 sticksCinnamon |
| 4 Cloves |
| 1/2 tablespoonBlack pepper; whole |
| 2 mediumbrown cardamam; whole |
| 1 bunchCoriander sprigs; chopped |
| 4 clovesGarlic; mashed |
| 1 largeBay leaf |
Pulao-indian Rice Preparation
first of all in one pan fry onion in oil.in the mean while start boiling rice in another pan and also put 2 tblsp salt. the rice shoul not be soft.they shoul be little bit uncooked. now drain water through a seive.now brown the onion till golden but not black.if so than don,t use it fry other ones.now remove onion from oil and set aside. now put the chicken in the same oil with 1 tblsp salt and garlic till golden.now add one tomato ,bay leaf,chilli powder,turmeric,coriander powder,cloves,black pepper,brown cardamam and fry for five minutes.now put one glass of water and cover it. now cook till tender and still 1/2 cup water is remaining. now put half of the rice in chicken mixture and mix lightly.now sprinkle onions,green chillies and coriander strands.now spread other remaining half rice over it and cover lid tightly.the heat should be high for 2 minutes after it should be very low.keep it on low heat for ten minutes.after that let it settle down for 15 min.then mix the rice lightly and serve it
