Flan
Ingredients
| 1/2 cupSugar |
| 1 2/3 cupcondensed milk |
| 1 cupwhole milk |
| 3 largeEggs |
| 3 largeegg yokes |
| 1 teaspoonvanilla extract |
| Strawberry; halves for garnish |
Flan Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Sprinkle sugar in 9 inch round cake pan. Place pan over medium heat on the stove and caramilize sugar by shaking pan until sugar melts and turns a golden brown. Take pan off and set aside for 2 hours to cool.
Combine next ingredients in blender and process at high speed 15 seconds. Pour over sugar. Cover pan with foil and set in another pan that has 1 inch of water in it. Bake for 55 minutes, remove and cool 30 minutes. Loosen edges with spatular and invert pan on to plate and arrange strawberries around side.
