1 Graham cracker pie crust
14 ouncesSweetened Condensed Milk
16 ouncesCream cheese; softened
1/3 cupLemon juice
1 teaspoonVanilla
Cherry pie filling

Lemon Icebox Pie Preparation

Mix 1 can of condensed milk and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Cover and chill until firm. If desired, top with cherry pie filling or whipped cream.
