Original recipe makes 8
| 1 Graham cracker pie crust |
| 14 ouncesSweetened Condensed Milk |
| 16 ouncesCream cheese; softened |
| 1/3 cupLemon juice |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla |
| Cherry pie filling |
Lemon Icebox Pie Preparation
Mix 1 can of condensed milk and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Cover and chill until firm. If desired, top with cherry pie filling or whipped cream.
