Stroganoff with Beef and Mushrooms, Crock Pot Preparation
Dredge the beef strips in 1/2 cup flour, salt and pepper. Place coated strips in the crock pot. Add onions, mushrooms, broth, water, and worch. sauce. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Before serving, boil water and cook noodles as directed.
10 minutes before serving, combine the sour cream and flour thoroughly and add to the stoneware contents. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
