Baked Apples and Raisins

Recipes »  Breakfast  »  Pancakes

Apples and raisins are lightly sweetened with honey and baked to perfection. These apples may be used for breakfast on oatmeal or pancakes. I like to serve baked apples for lunch or dinner with pork or chicken.

"Incredible dish! Apples were very tasty without being mushy, and there were absolutely none left the first time we served these at our weekly Church dinner."

Your favorite baking apple may be used and the amount of honey may be adjusted to your liking. [I posted this recipe.]
