"All I can say is Wow, this was yummy! I liked how the dip, and ranch dressing gave it a different flavor. It was easy too, since it called for frozen potatoes. 32 ozhash browns; diced
6 slicespre-cooked bacon
2 green onions
8 ozVELVEETA cheese
1/2 cupFrench onion dip
1.5 tbspranch dressing mix (dry)
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper

Loaded Potato Casserole-(southernplate.com) Preparation

Pour frozen hash browns into 9x13 inch dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place VELVEETA and French onion dip in microwave safe bowl and heat for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Stir in dry ranch dressing mix. Pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with diced green onions and crumpled bacon. Return to oven for five more minutes.
