Delicious congealed cranberry salad that has been passed down through my family.
Grind cranberries and pour the 2 cups of sugar over them. Let stand for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator. Dissolve 2 small packages lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Chill about 10 minutes. Add to Jello: 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 large can crushed pineapple, cranberries, 2 tsp. grated orange rind and 1 cup chopped nuts. Chill until firm.
