Notes Brownie in a CUP Preparation
Mix dry ingredients in a large microwavable cup. Add oil, vanilla and first 2 tablesppons of water. Mix. If needed, add more water, until mix is moist but not runny. Microwave it for 2-2:30 minutes. Wait 5 minutes, as it will be HOT! And then prepare to be chocolate happy.
