Notes Smothered Steak Preparation
Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper (and any other desired seasoning). In bowl, mix soup, milk, and steak sauce. Place steaks in 13x9 baking dish and pour soup mixture over top. Sprinkle onions over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
