Preheat oven to 325F. Whisk together oats, brown sugar, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in walnuts, cranberries, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, coconut and sesame seeds.
In food processor, break up apricots, add butter and process until a paste forms. Add honey and continue mixing.
Fold into oat mixture.
Pat into a parchment-lined, 9x13 baking pan. Bake in centre of oven until golden, about 30 minutes.
Cool. Cut into bars.
