| 4 chipotle chile canned in adobo; finely chopped |

| 2 1/2 tablespoonsChili powder |
| 8 cupsChicken; shredded |
| 8 cupsChicken broth |
| 3 canstomato puree; Muir Glen Fire Roasted |
| 3 canswhite hominy, canned; drained |

Lmw's Posole Preparation
Heat oil in large heavy saucepan over med-high. Add chile and next 5 ingredients (through chili powder) and saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to simmer.
Cover and cook 45 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally.
