| 1/2 tablespoonCumin |
| 1/2 tablespoonBlack pepper |
| 1/2 tablespoonSalt |
| 1/2 tablespoonSugar |
| 3/4 teaspoonGarlic powder |
| 3/4 teaspoonChili powder |
| 3/4 teaspoonCayenne |
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Preparation
Blend spices and rub over meat.
Place in slow cooker and cook 5 - 6 hours on high or 8 - 10 hours on low
Serve leftovers shredded with barbecue sauce.

I'm trying it right now...I'm a novis at slow cooking. The shoulder won't fit in my crock pot so I'm putting it in the roaster oven.... Should there be liquid in the bottom???
