Carbonara Sauce is another delicious Classic Italian Pasta Sauce. Creamy egg and bacon ingredients.
Very quick and easy to make and this is the amount of sauce suggested for 500g pasta (1lb).
"I used this recipe to make some Chicken Carbonara last night. It was good and I recommend it...I think I could have used more flavorful bacon (I just used plain basic bacon, and not anything that was smoked or whatever), because the sauce lacked some flavor, but the dish as a whole was great" - Emitz5Yield: 4 Ready in 20 minutes
