Original recipe makes 12
1 poundhot breakfast sausage
1 cupColby and Monterey jack cheese; shredded
1 cupsharp cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cupranch salad dressing
4 ozChopped black olives; 4 oz.
1 tspCayenne pepper
4 packagesFrozen fillo tart shell

Sausage and Cheese Tartlets Preparation

Brown sausage and drain grease (remove all grease from pan and rinse sausage with hot water). Return sausage to pan, add cheese, olives, pepper and salad dressing. Cook until cheese melts and mix well on medium heat. Fill tart shells with sausage and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for approximately 10-15 minutes until slightly brown.
