2 bananas; sliced
1/2 cupLight brown sugar
1 teaspoonVanilla
1/2 teaspoonCinnamon
1 pinchSalt
1/4 cuprum; tequila or brandy
1 sliceslice of banana bread
2 scoops ice cream; (vanilla or something more exotic like praline
1/4 cupWalnuts; chopped

Banana Bread Foster Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add sliced bananas and stir for 2 minutes.

Add brown sugar,nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

Lower heat and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 2 more minutes.

Serve over banana bread slice with 2 scoops of ice cream.
