Pierogies and Beef Saute
Original recipe makes 4
| 1 Pierogies |
| 4 tbspolive oil |
| 0.5 lb.beef tender tips or stir fry strips |
| 2 cloveGarlic; minced |
| 1 tbspbutter; (optional) |
| 0.5 cupBeech mushrooms |
| 0.5 cupred onion; sliced |
| 0.5 cupred pepper; sliced |
| 0.5 cupsnow peas; stemmed |
| 0.25 tspcracked black pepper |
| 1 tspsoy sauce |
Pierogies and Beef Saute Preparation
Toss pierogies in 2 tbsp. olive oil in large skillet as directed on package. Set aside. Saute beef with garlic in additional 2 tbsp. olive oil until cooked. Remove from skillet and add to pierogies. Saute vegetables in remaining olive oil with pepper. cook until they're tender-crisp. Add butter and then toss with pierogies and beef and soy sauce.
