1 1/2 lbsGround Beef
1 headCabbage
1 onion
Salt
coarse pepper
1/2 bagnoodles uncooked

Skillet Cabbage, Noodles and ground beef Preparation

Brown ground beef and chopped onion in large skillet. Remove from skillet and set aside. Drain off excess fat except for a couple tablespoons. Cut up Cabbage in put in skillet cook on low to med with lid until done. Cook noodles in separate pan as directed. When cabbage is tender toss all ingredients together, add salt and pepper to taste and Serve.

I cook this same recipe except I add Worchestershire sauce to minr wgich gives it excellent flavor! A cheap, and easy meal!

I make something similar to this except I cook Bacon first and then cook the cabbage in a little bit of the Bacon fat which adds huge flavor. Then add the Bacon back in with the cabbage once it is about halfway through cooking. I have never tried it with beef before

This was a great recipe. It's something different which is always nice. I added some crushed red pepper and a dash of cinnamon in the meat and onions. Thanks for the recipe.
