Ingredients

3.5 cups rolled oats
0.75 cup honey
2 scoops protein powder
1.5 cups nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 egg whites
0.25 cup fruit juice
1 cup dates; chopped
1.5 bananas; mashed

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients

Spread on wax paper and shape into bars

Bake at 325 for about 15 minutes, or until bottom of bars are golden brown

Let cool
