This is addictive!!
Chop the Bok Choy and Onion. Add edemame and Chow Mein Noodles. Break up the Ramen Noodles and combine with Sunflower seeds and almonds in a pie pan and bake at 350? for about 15 minutes, or until starting to brown. Combine vinegar, olive oil, sugar and soy sauce in saucepan and heat, stirring, until the sugar is melted.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat with dressing. Serve immediately. If not ready to serve immediately, just hold off on combining with the dressing.
