Notes Five minutes Chocolate cake Preparation
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT!!!

This recipe is horrible, as a baker I questioned the measurements but just went with it. Way too much egg, maybe just the whites would have been better, and less oil for sure! Overall... disgusting.

mine got stuck to the cup so it was oddly shaped so you should add to the recipe to grease the cup! other than that it was lovely!!! (:

Cut the recipe in half and left out the egg (since other said it had a rubbery texture). Added white chocolate chips. Microwaved for 35 seconds and topped it with Cool Whip. Yum!

Just got done making this. It was ok. Flavor was good but the consistency was really weird almost rubbery. Seemed like maybe it got over cooked. Not sure I will try it again.
