Apple Cranberry Nut Crisp

Original recipe makes 5
| 1 1/2 cupsGranny Smith and/or Cortland apples (about; cubed |
| 1 cupdried cranberries |
| 1/2 cupwalnuts; chopped |
| 1/4 cupsugar |
| 1/4 cupflour |
| 1/2 cupregular oats |
| 1/4 cuppacked brown sugar |
| 1/2 tspcinnamon and nutmeg |
| 5 tbscold butter or margarine |
Apple Cranberry Nut Crisp Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; spoon into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine flour, oats, sugar, spices and oil, stirring with a fork until crumbly. (or cut butter into mixture until resembling coarse mixture)
Sprinkle over the apple mixture.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
