Original recipe makes 5
1 1/2 cupsGranny Smith and/or Cortland apples (about; cubed
1 cupdried cranberries
1/2 cupwalnuts; chopped
1/4 cupsugar
1/4 cupflour
1/2 cupregular oats
1/4 cuppacked brown sugar
1/2 tspcinnamon and nutmeg
5 tbscold butter or margarine

Apple Cranberry Nut Crisp Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; spoon into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Combine flour, oats, sugar, spices and oil, stirring with a fork until crumbly. (or cut butter into mixture until resembling coarse mixture)

Sprinkle over the apple mixture.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
