Corn flakes in Indian Style!! Yes guys. This is an amazing snack to binge on.
You will love it & it is easy to prepare & very healthy....
Chop onion,tomato & chillies into smaller pieces. Grate a small carrot. Chop coriander leaves.
Method: Add a cup of Corn Flakes (either Mohun's, Quality or Kellogs which is unflavoured) into a bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, chillies & grated carrot. Add 1/2 tsp of lime juice to it. Sprinkle salt to taste. Add 10 gms of tomato sauce & mix all the ingrediants in the bowl well.
It is now ready to be served. You will love it as a favourite snack which is very healthy too:)
The snack should be eaten immediately after preparation else corn flakes would become soft & does not taste nice.
