| 1 onion; chopped |
| 2 tspbutter; (up to 3) |
| 1 10.5-oz cancream of chicken soup |
| 1 10.5-oz cancream of celery soup |
| 1 cupChicken broth |
| 1 4-oz cangreen chilies |
| 4 chicken breasts; cooked and chopped, (up to 6) |
| 1 bagcorn tortillas |
| 1 poundcheddar; grated |
Chicken Enchilada Casserole Preparation
Saute onion in butter. Add soups, broth, and chiles, then add chicken. Layer tortillas (dipped in hot oil or water to soften) in baking dish with chicken mixture and cheese. Let stand several hours before baking. Bake at 350 for one hour.
