2 poundsGround beef
1 6-oz cantomato paste
1 cancream of chicken soup
1 cancream of celery soup
2 8-oz cantaco sauce
2 cupscheddar; grated
1 small cangreen chilies
1/2 cupcooked rice; (or equivalent minute rice+liquid)
3/4 teaspoonSalt
1 large bagcorn tortilla chips

Mexican Casserole Preparation

Brown meat and onions. Drain fat. Add other ingredients (except cheese and chips) and simmer. Break chips and put in bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread meat mixture on top. Bake 375 until heated, then put cheese on top to melt.
