Original recipe makes 8

1 pkgFrozen hash brown potatoes

1 canCream of Potato soup

8 oz.Sour Cream

1 tbspOnion flakes

16 oz.Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Parmesan Cheese

Combine all ingredients except for Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 for 90 minutes

Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan
