2 ripe avocados
1 clovegarlic; minced
1 tbspLime Juice
1/8 red onion; minced
1/2 ripe tomato; diced
Dash of salt and pepper; to taste

Homemade Guacamole Preparation

Slice avocados in half, discard pit, and scrape out flesh with fork, into a non stainless steel bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Serve with organic corn tortilla chips.
