Original recipe makes 0
1 cloveGarlic; crushed *
1/3 cupLow-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cupNonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cupParmesan cheese; freshly grated
White-wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoonSalt; or to taste
Freshly ground pepper; to taste
Dijon mustard **

Puree garlic and cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add yogurt, Parmesan, vinegar, Worcestershire and mustard. Pulse to blend.

Season with salt and pepper.
