| 1 cloveGarlic; crushed * |
| 1/3 cupLow-fat cottage cheese |
| 1/2 cupNonfat plain yogurt |
| 1/4 cupParmesan cheese; freshly grated |
| White-wine vinegar |
| 1/2 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1/8 teaspoonSalt; or to taste |
| Freshly ground pepper; to taste |
| Dijon mustard ** |
Caesar Salad Dressing (healthier) Preparation
* I believe it needed more garlic.

Puree garlic and cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add yogurt, Parmesan, vinegar, Worcestershire and mustard. Pulse to blend.
Season with salt and pepper.
